A typical day in AM

8 o clock – All managers come to AM and are holding a morning managers meeting.

9 o clock – All market consultants are coming in.

9-9,15 o clock – The AM Quality assurance

9,15 o clock – Morning get together, which will end with a joined battle cry.

9,30-10 o clock – Off to the daily location

 

Afterwards we start doing our sales work. Costumers are being contacted, the need is created, the trust is being build, the need is ensured and the sale closes with a secure and solid examination.

All the time we are working in small teams, where we are continuing helping each other, supporting each other and together we are fulfilling our determined goals and budgets.
